This is the very sparse website for ltcdll, a DLL made to let you call functions from libtomcrypt in visual basic.
SHA1: 32d0bf97b0e43037ccc0e1151e1e357564547a04 ltcdll-0.1.zip  [sig]
Included in the zip file is the source and compiled DLL's (built with libtomcrypt 0.99 and msvc++6) and a quick example written in VB.net
The VB.net example requires the .net framework
The only functions included right now are hashing functions (hash_file and hash_memory) and a call to the LTC RNG.
Functions to call from VB:
Private Declare Function ltchash_memory Lib "ltc.dll" _ (ByVal hashtype As String, ByRef inbytesptr As Byte, ByVal insize As Integer, ByRef outbytes As Byte, ByRef outsize As Long) As Integer
Private Declare Function ltchash_file Lib "ltc.dll" _ (ByVal hashtype As String, ByVal filename As String, ByRef outbytes As Byte, ByRef outsize As Long) As Integer
Private Declare Function ltchashes Lib "ltc.dll" _ (ByRef hashlist As Byte) As Integer
Private Declare Function ltcget_rndbytes Lib "ltc.dll" _ (ByRef outbytes As Byte, ByRef outsize As Long) As Integer
Private Declare Function ltchashsize Lib "ltc.dll" _ (ByVal hashtype As String) As Integer 'size of hash
Private Declare Function ltctesthash Lib "ltc.dll" _ (ByVal hashtype As String) As Integer '1 == pass 0 == fail
Obviously you need to put ltc.dll somewhere in your path, c:\windows\system32 seems a likely candidate
